MAAC Quarterfinal: Rider up 3 at the half

BUFFALO - Terrance Mouton's buzzer-beating three-pointer gave the Rider Broncs a 32-29 halftime lead over Canisius in the quarterfinal round of the MAAC Tournament at HSBC Arena.

Edwin Muniz is leading the way for the Broncs with 11 points, five rebounds and three assists in the first half. Paul Johnson is 2-for-2 from three-point range for all six of his points while Mouton and Robert Taylor each have five.

Jerry Johnson is struggling from the floor, going 1-for-6 overall and 0-for-5 from beyond the arc. He has three points.

Rider shot 38 percent (11-of-29), going 6-of-14 from three-point range. The Broncs are outrebounding the Golden Griffins, 23-16.
